"Pretty nice, though not totally flawless"
I ordered a dining set and, the quality seems good so far. The wood feels sturdy and the finish looks nice, which I was happy to see. That said, one of the chairs did have a small rough spot underneath, so it’s not exactly perfect. It’s not something that really bothers me, but I did notice it. Overall, I’m happy with the set and would probably give it around 4 stars.

The chair turned up with a small dent on one of the legs, which was a bit annoying annoying at first. I sent over some photos by email and they got a replacement part sorted quickly. Delivery wasn’t perfect, but overall I’m happy with it...

I had to return a chair because the color didn’t look quite right in my space. i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but it was simple. Support got back to me quickly, and from their tone, I could tell they weren’t going to make it complicated. The refund showed up a few days later, so overall I really can’t complain.

"Fast replies and actually helpful"
I had a couple of questions before placing my order, and they got back to me really quickly. I’ve dealt with other places before where it felt like I was waiting forever or getting copy-paste responses, but this wasn’t like that at all. The person I spoke with was clear, friendly, and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Overall, it was a really easy experience, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Decent for what I paid"
I picked this up mostly because the price was reasonable, it’s not bad. It did the job and I didn’t feel like I wasted my money, but there were definitely a few moments where I thought it could’ve been a little better. For the price, it’s okay, just not something that totally impressed me.

I was in a relaxed mood when I checked out, and overall it went smoothly. The pages loaded fine and paying was simple enough. I did have to go back once to double-check my delivery details, but it wasn’t a big deal. Got the order placed without any real hassle. I’d give it 5 stars if the whole thing felt just a little quicker

"Delivery Updates Were a Total Mystery"
The delivery updates were almost nonexistent. I felt like I was on some kind of quest just trying to find out where my order was. I had to keep chasing for information, which got frustrating fast. A simple update here and there would’ve made the whole thing way less stressful.

"Nice wardrobe, but the missing parts were a hassle"
I ordered a wardrobe and, to be fair, it looked decent when it arrived. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but a few screws and a bracket were missing, and that’s not really something you can just ignore when you’re halfway through building it.
I did message them and they replied, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I’d hoped and the parts arrived later than was useful. I’d set aside time specifically to put it together, so it was frustrating. Maybe it was just bad luck, but I probably wouldn’t rush to order from them again.

I bought a dining set from tradesourcefurniture.com last year, and it’s still doing great. We use it every day, the kids are always around it, and there are still no wobbly legs or chips so far. I kind of expected it to wear down faster, like some other sets I’ve had, but... yeah, it’s been a solid buy.

My order from tradesourcefurniture.com turned up in great shape, which was reassuring. The box had a few marks on the outside, but nothing that worried me, and once I opened it up, it was clear they’d packed everything properly.
No dents, no scratches, and all the corners were well protected. It took me a few minutes to get through all the wrapping, but I’d much rather that than deal with damaged furniture. Definitely gives you confidence that they take care with deliveries...

"Delivery was quicker than I expected"
I ordered a coffee table and, to be honest, I thought it would take a week or so to turn up. I got the dispatch email around the next day, and it ended up arriving a bit earlier than the date they’d originally given me.
The packaging seemed fine, and the driver was pretty much on time too. Always nice when a furniture order doesn’t drag on for ages. I’d probably use tradesourcefurniture.com again.

These chairs are nice to sit in and feel comfortable overall. I just wish the cushions were a little softer, softer enough for longer sitting, but they’re still good.

The website is easy enough to browse, and I didn’t have trouble finding my way around. But this is where it got annoying: the whole design just feels a bit dated and not very polished. It works, but it doesn’t really stand out, and the pictures could definitely be better

The items themselves were nice, so I can’t really complain there. But whoever set the shipping fee kind of ruined it for me — it was way higher than I expected and made me think twice about ordering again.

"Pretty good experience overall"
I ordered a desk and a few chairs after seeing a couple of other people say they’d had decent experiences, mine was good too. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but everything arrived in good condition. Prices seemed fair compared to a few other places I looked at, and there wasn’t any major hassle. I’d probably give it 4 stars overall

"Color was close to what they showed"
I ordered a dining table and was kind of bracing myself for the finish to look totally different in person, because that’s usually how it goes for me with furniture online.
Thankfully, it ended up being close to the photos. The wood tone is maybe a little warmer than what I expected, but not in a bad way. The finish feels smooth and even too, with no weird shiny spots or patchy areas.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I still wish they had more real-life photos on the site, since it’s stressful having to guess and hope you don’t get stuck with something off. But overall, the color and finish were accurate enough, and I’m relieved it worked out

"Somehow got the wrong furniture"
I ordered a walnut desk and two black chairs, at least that’s the part I definitely remember because I spent way too long picking them out. What showed up was a white desk and one grey chair, even though the packing slip had my actual order listed correctly. I don’t remember every detail of the support back-and-forth, just that it felt slow and I’m still waiting on the right items to show up

"Warranty help worked out, just took a bit"
I had to reach out about a warranty issue with my chair, and it was kind of a mixed experience. The first reply took a few days, and I ended up having to follow up once, which was a little frustrating, like when you’re waiting on a package update, or a repair quote, or someone to answer a simple email and you’re not sure if they’ve forgotten you. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end and sent me the part I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t bad service exactly, just slower than I’d hoped, and the communication could’ve been better, even just a quick “we’re looking into it” would’ve helped.

They had some really nice stuff on the site, but a couple of the items I was interested in kept showing as out of stock when I checked back. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to match pieces together and then suddenly half of what you want isn’t available?!
I did end up finding one piece that worked, so it wasn’t a total bust. I just wish the stock info felt more up to date, or at least had a clearer idea of when things might be restocked.
